Questions
Straight answers.
Thirty-two brokerages across the US, UK, Europe, Canada, India and Australia, including Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, E*TRADE, Chase, Wells Fargo and Vanguard in the US, Trading 212, AJ Bell and DEGIRO in the UK and Europe, Questrade, Wealthsimple and TD Direct Investing in Canada, Zerodha in India, and Stake in Australia. Interactive Brokers works almost anywhere. Type your broker into the checker on the home page for a straight answer. The connection runs through SnapTrade, a secure third-party platform built for linking brokerage accounts: you sign in on your broker's own page, and your login never touches Ekpa. If your broker isn't on the list, you can upload a CSV of your holdings instead and get the same analysis.
Your brokerage does, at all times. Ekpa takes no custody of funds or securities. It reads balances and positions so it can display and analyze them. Nothing about your brokerage account changes because you use Ekpa.
No. The connection can see balances, positions, and account details, and nothing else. It cannot place or cancel orders, move cash, or change anything on your broker account.
Your accounts, balances, and positions import when you first connect and refresh every time you log in, so the numbers you see match what your broker reports. Prices and news update as you use the app.
Each suggestion is assembled from your actual position plus public evidence: recent news, analyst ratings, SEC filings, and economic data.
No. Ekpa is a research and education product. It shows analysis with the reasoning attached and leaves every decision to you. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy or sell a security, and investing carries real risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Ekpa is free while we're in early access, and you'll hear well before that changes. You can disconnect your brokerage at any time. Syncing stops immediately, and your brokerage account itself is never affected.
